PERENCANAAN STRATEGIS DALAM MENGHADAPI KETIDAKPASTIAN: BAGAIMANA PERUSAHAAN ENTREPRENEURIAL MELAKUKANNYA M. Taufiq Amir Program Studi Manajemen IBII Abstract Some of small-medium enterprises are entrepreneural companies. Based upon their perception about uncertainty future environment, they applied a strategic planning in achieving their objectives. The purpose of this study is to discuss how are the entrepreneural companies perceive the environment uncertainty relating to their strategic planning. Analysis has been conducted toward data of 38 companies, the winner of 50’s Enterprises Contest. They believe that the uncertainty of business environment is primarily affected by government policies. The finding shows that almost all of the respondents understood about strategic planning concept, and some of those have applied it on their business. However, it is only a part of them realize the effectiveness of their planning. It is also indicates that there is a relationship between formality rate of the strategic planning and its effectiveness.

ANALISIS HUBUNGAN KEMAMPUAN PENGAMBILAN KEPUTUSAN DAN STRATEGI MENGHADAPI RISIKO TERHADAP KEUNGGULAN BERSAING EKSEKUTIF DI BIDANG PEMASARAN Titus Tjandra Program Studi Manajemen IBII Abstract The competitive advantage of a business executive against the others in marketing, is generally influenced by managerial strategic, functional staff in a company as well as the marketing strategy that proceed. However, in facing the competitive challenge, the value adapted by key executive appear to be the main factor should be considered deeply. The value means culture covers the ability to make a decision and a strategy against the risk adapted by the executive. This phenomenon motivates us to make a research empirically by using statistic methods, co-relation and multiple regressions. The purpose of the study is to prove whether the relationship between the variables are quite significant or not, so that we can obtain new accurate information to increase business advantages and also to improve our knowledge in marketing and culture. From the result, it is stated that a value of an executive in making business decision and strategy performed to face the risks are very crucial to improve one’s knowledge.

ANALISIS EFEKTIVITAS IKLAN TELEVISI “SOFTENER SOFT & FRESH” DI JAKARTA DAN SEKITARNYA DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN CONSUMER DECISION MODEL Darmadi Durianto*, Cecilia Liana** *Pascasarjana IBII, **Product Manager S.C. Johnson & Son’s Abstract Producers in consumer product industry always face challenges for finding the best way to get other’s market share and to increase the market share. Many company inform their products to customer through advertisement. Advertisement has an important role to inform the product strengths and weaknesses. Many producers doing aggressive advertisement to achieve position in the market, many media using in this way, such as television, radio, magazine or newspaper. Because of important role of advertisement, so researcher is interested in doing research of effectiveness of television advertisement of Soft & Fresh. The effectiveness on advertisement for this particular product will be measured in two different ways, which are, would be by using Consumer Decision Model (CDM) and the impact on sales will be measured by using comparison ratio between market share and voice share method. The analysis result for the effectiveness of tv advertisement for softener Soft & Fresh using CDM is effective, which means information of the advertising (F) effectively influence intense to buy of the consumer, or that advertising makes up the six variables related each others and the advertising is appropriate to John Howard’s theory, CDM. Employee with better performance will increase and improve company productivity, finnally it will give advance to the company. Unfortunately performance appraisals with were researched by student have not been able to motivated emlpoyee. It these cause by the subjective Performance Appraisal, in anappropriate evaluator and the components which were used have not been able to reflact real condition. An ideal performance appraisal has to consider three main components, they are person in charge of performance appraisal guide, performance appraisal application and evaluation. In order to arrange appropriate performance appraisal guide, we need to build a team which consists of some components. Whereas performance appraisal guide application and evaluation can be done by human resources departement manager.

Negeri Jakarta, Program Studi Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran Abstract This research was aimed at describing the relationship between: 1) The quality of services to the patients loyality, 2) The satisfaction to the patients loyality 3) The service to patients satisfaction, all together, to the patient loyalty. This study was held in the Bintaro International Hospital Tangerang. The method of research is survey method. The population consists of all internal desease patients of Bintaro International Hospital, Tangerang. The sample of this research are 40 patients which were taken by random sampling method. The result of this research, the service quality and the patient satisfaction themselves or all together gives significant result toward the patient loyalty. The attitude toward the improvement quality of service, and patient satisfaction needs to separated from the employees recruitment. Especially for the best service their tools and equipments, they are using, and would hold the trainings for their employees.
